It turns out money ($6, to be exact) CAN buy happiness. Disneyland’s Cozy Cone Motel is selling three variations of one incredible sounding snack: Cozy Corn Elote is essentially corn on the cob coated in mayo and butter, then rolled in cheese puff crumbs.

stopped by Cozy Cone Motel for their new "Cozy Corn" elote! ..with choice of cotija, cheese puffs or spicy cheese puffs, we had to get one of each!

If you’re not familiar with elote (Mexican street corn), you need to familiarize yourself immediately. Honestly, do yourself a favor and try our recipe.

While Cojita and regular cheese puff-coated corn exists at the restaurant to satisfy people who prefer a mild cheesy flavor, we’re absolutely blown away by Cozy Cone’s spicy option.

What could possibly be better than CORN covered in MAYONNAISE covered in SPICY CHEESE PUFFS A.K.A. FLAMIN’ HOT CHEETOS?! The answer: Nothing.

Aesthetically pleasing Elote that taste good. What more could I ask for #foodsofdisneyland

Unfortunately, the Cozy Corn Elotes are limited-edition seasonal offerings, according to Disney Food Blog, so you’ll need to get ‘em while you can.

Honestly, though, it wouldn’t be too hard to recreate this unexpected match made in heaven in the comfort of your own home. All you’d really need is a good elote recipe (again, we’ve got you covered there), a generous handful or two of Flamin’ Hot Cheetos, and some guts—literally and figuratively.
