    DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Butter a 2 quart casserole or a 9 x 13 cake pan.
  • Placechillies evenly in the casserole.
  • Sprinkle the cheese evenly over chilies.
  • Mix remaining ingredients, first moistening the flour with a small amount of milk to avoid lumps. Gradually pour mixture over the cheese and chilies, trying not to disturb their placement.
