DIRECTIONS
Combine peanut butter, corn syrup, and sugar.Place in a large saucepan on medium-low heat until melted.Remove from heat place in a large bowl, then mix in rice cereal. Press the mixture in a 9 x 13 inch pan, and set aside.Microwave the butterscotch and chocolate together. Take out every 15 seconds and stir.
