DIRECTIONS
Add the 3 tablespoons of the flour and all of the brown sugar, maqui berry powder, baking powder (or both baking soda and cream of tartar) and any dry, powdered form seasoning of your choice to a mug. It is perfectly okay to have mixed in all 4 tbsps of the flour at the very start.
Stir these dry ingredients.
When done, add the oil, milk, and any liquid seasoning and stir.
Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of flour and stir. It is perfectly okay to have mixed in all 4 tbsps of the flour at the very start.
Fold in any of the optional solid chunkier ingredients such as the cranberries or chocolate chips. This cake is very versatile so there are multiple ingredients you may use. Stir in sprinkles if you want to add.
Microwave for about 45 – 75 seconds. It should be done by a minute, but it may depend on your particular microwave.
