  • 8 largeeggs
  • 1 cupmilk (I used 2% milk)
  • 12 teaspoonseasoning salt (such as Lawry’s)
  • 8 ouncesbulk pork sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup about 4 ounces grated cheddar cheese
  • 14 cup finely chopped onion
  • fresh chives (optional) or parsley, for garnish (optional)
  • Directions

  • Beat eggs, milk, and seasoned salt together in a large bowl. Stir in sausage, cheese, and onion.
  • Pour egg mixture into a greased 8-inch-square baking dish.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes, or until eggs are cooked and omelet is set.
  • Cut into squares and garnish with herbs, if desired.
