IngredientsNutrition 8 largeeggs 1 cupmilk (I used 2% milk) 1 ⁄2 teaspoonseasoning salt (such as Lawry’s) 8 ouncesbulk pork sausage, cooked and crumbled 1 cup about 4 ounces grated cheddar cheese 1 ⁄4 cup finely chopped onion fresh chives (optional) or parsley, for garnish (optional) Directions Beat eggs, milk, and seasoned salt together in a large bowl. Stir in sausage, cheese, and onion. Pour egg mixture into a greased 8-inch-square baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes, or until eggs are cooked and omelet is set.
